The compensation consists of a variable part, which constitutes 2,200.00 € per month plus 5% if each processed order provided the latter is affected on time, with duly accuracy and in strict compiliance with the instructions.

• Your earnings depend on you: the better you consult with the work - the faster your salaty grows and more likely you can promote in our company.

• Work with the Office Coordinator to process payments for our company's clients.
• Respond to all notifications in a timely manner (emails, sms, phone calls).
• Verify and keep records on incoming and outgoing transactions.
• Ensure timely and compilant customer payments processing - keeping an eye on the payments engine and taking care of payments that need manual intervention.
• Transactions documents support.
• Keep all records at our Virtual Office.
• Process the orders, process payables (incoming money transfers, billing, incoming bitcoin/ethereum transfers).
• Prepare and monitor invoices in cooperation with the Office Coordinator.
• Assist Agents with various inquiries, act as a liaison between agents and other departments.

• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
• Good computer skills.
• Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
• Strong communication skills to be able to communicate with internal customers, vendors, and management.
